Let me do some research. I used to work for dodge dealership.
The hemi will take you about three to replace all the plug there are two plugs pre cylinder.

You're looking for iridium plugs. OEM are NGK, a lot of people claim going with anything but NGK leads to problems. That doesn't make sense to me, so I went with Champion Iridium plugs which were on sale from rockauto. I've had them in 100,000km so far with no issues. You should be good as long as you stick to iridium and a trusted brand.

You need to buy the right gapped plugs, you're not supposed to regap iridium because they're brittle so pay attention to part numbers.

These are what you want. They are OEM plugs. NGK Laser Iridium

Some have used other brands with mixed results. Some trucks do fine some don't. With 16 plugs to change every 100k miles, do it right the first time and be done with it. If your truck doesn't like the other plugs your out that money and time.

But it's your money and time to waste.

Please, only use OEM spark plugs. There are way too many horror story's about people that have gone cheap. They last for a very long time so going cheap doesn't make any sense at all.

The Champion plug is a Mopar plug so my self I'd use this plug but it comes down to the individual that want to use
