I have 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn w/quad cab/4WD. Have squeek/rattle when vehicle is in motion. Appears to come from front end. Will check brake pads first in case they are low BUT if not what is most likely cause since there are no grease fittings to maintain?

Bushings, sway bars, shocks, ball joints, there are many things that can cause noise. When do squeaks and rattles occur? Both at same time? Worse over bumps, when turning hard, just stopping? Really need more precise information but don't just start throwing parts at the problem.

Get some Fluid Film and spray any rubber looking parts and isolators. I did it and don't have any squeaks.

Update to my previous post. Yeah I know it took me almost a month lol! Took front wheels off, still have meat on the pads and rotors are smooth. Also, tugged on the sway bar and bushings and sleeves seem tight and no signs of wear. So that eliminates the brakes. Still driving around and I was able to get next to parked cars and hear the sound better and seemed to be louder as I drove over dips in the road as opposed to actual bumps which really didn't seem to make much sound. Was out today and rocked each side of front end and sound definitely coming from passenger front side. Am leaning towards spraying the upper and lower control arm bushings. Can these be sprayed with anything or is there specific product? ( I once heard that WD-40 was bad for rubber, not sure if it's true or not?)

WD-40 is petroleum based and can damage rubber. It will wash-out quickly if your spray it on the bushings. WD-40 is an anti desiccant.

Today, lubed upper and lower control arm bushings but noise persisted. Noise mimicked the up/down motion of the shocks. Upon looking closely, there appears to be old/dried up fluid marks coming from higher up on the shock tube (upper section). Truck has only 53k miles but now I'm leaning towards replacement. This might sound weird and I didn't expect to see what I think are struts instead of shocks?
