Stalling during heavy rain fall.

I have a 02 Ram 1500 SLT and whenever there is a large amount of water my truck feels like its going to stall and the engine light begins to flash. There are no codes and the engine bay is dry. It happens when im in a car wash or driving down the road. Anybody know whats going on or how to fix it. thanks for the help.

Maybe rain getting in the CAI?

My guess is the IPM has some corrosion that when it gets wet is causing a problem. Not suppose to be repairable but a lot of folks have cleaned and placed jumpers to keep them going. The early models were open on the bottom.
