Start-x remote help

Hello i have a ‘13 ram 1500 express. I have the remote-x that came installed when I bought the truck, recently my key fob messed up so I bought a new fob and programmed it using alphaobd. Remote works everthing but the remote start, what is the fix ?

Got it fixed. Startx emai me back turn key off and on 5 times within 7 seconds and the try startup
