Remote start and alfaobd

2013 ram 1500 express hemi. Installed factory remote start and made necessary changes with alfaobd. Works great except

If you disable the start by renote, the truck will stop but the ignition stays hot until battery depletes. Any idea why electrical doesn't time out??

If I get in and cycle key from on to off it does shut down.
