My steering wheel audio controls have stopped working when the steering wheel is in the home/neutral position. They work when I turn the wheel past 90° in either direction. 2015 Ram 1500. Anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it?

Just a WAG since I haven't had to deal with this, but from reading other posts here, it might be your clock spring.

You are posting in 5th gen, try the 4th gen and you may get more response. Good luck. And agree with above, sounds like the clock spring.

Sorry, I realized that after I posted it. I tried to then delete the post here but couldn't figure out how. Thank you for the insight on the spring.
