Sticky dashboard?

I have a 16 Ram 1500 with around 25,000 miles. My dashboard is very tacky sticky. I live in Florida so I'm sure the sun didn't help this too much but does anyone else have this problem? Do you know what works to fix this? Any chemicals safe to spray that will work?

Same issue here... tried a few top brand interior cleaners. Debating on spraying the dash in plastidip and just spraying it with a black matte rustoleum, then matte clear with a bunch of hardener then polish it with a ceramic coating. Maybe overboard, but I'll do most of the interior this way.

I saw an old post where someone said they sprayed it with Simple Green Degreaser. Have you tried anything like that?
