I'm not sure what's going on here maybe someone can help me. I have an 01 1500 5.9 all stock except my thrush glasspack. My problem is that as I slow down my RPMs stick at 1000 until I'm stopped then they drop to normal idle. I was thinking a cat converter issue but I'm not sure any ideas?
