Can you run a 275/70/18 tire without any lift-non 4x4 on a Stock Ram 1500? How about 285/65/18 for a little wider tire?

Yes, you can run either of those on a stock setup. 275-70-18's are about an inch taller than stock, and are the stock Rebel tire size. 285-65-18's are about half an inch taller than stock.
