Ive had my truck almost a year. It will be a year july 11. I have 26k on the truck and i get my tires rotated when i get my oil done. But i already have wear marks showing. And she squeeks a bit when turning. Anyone else have these issues? I havnt even lit these tires up yet.

I have never had any luck with the stock Goodyear tires that come on Ram trucks... they're definitely the weakest link when you roll off the lot...

They're junk. Just replace them with good LT's when you can.

I'm with ya guys...got my truck in may 2012, have 25k miles on my tires...they where **** in the rain when I got them, and they are still **** now. If I wasn't trying to move to a new house, those **** tires would have been gone last year.

Tires are expensive, and I have narrowed down to 2 tires I really like, so hopefully next year, stock tires are gone.

I had very low hopes for the stockers when I ordered the truck after having Goodyears on my Dakota and my Maxima. I am actually kind of impressed with the rain handling and the dry traction. Might be due to heavier weight as this is the largest vehicle I have owned. They are doing well at avoiding hydroplaning in about and inch or 2 of standing water at 60mph. They will of course get worse as they age and harden but for now they are ok.

So far mine have been pretty decent (I'm at 1500 miles). However if they're like most stock tires they'll get rough and loud at 5,000 miles. I'm picking up my travel trailer on Friday so I'm curious how they do towing a decent sized load.

I had the funds for a lift and tires. But due to an accident i had to replace my lights and front bumper. Decided to go with retroshop and offroad bumpers since they were on my buildsheet. But that was supposed to be next summer. Now that i have this ******** with these tires im probably going to end up lifting it and adding new rims and tires anyway. And yea man tires are expensive. What gets me is why are 37s cheaper than 35s ? Lol. Even with the discounts through my brothers shop. Its still expensive

Which two have you narrowed it down to?

I had the Duratrac's on a work truck... they were a louder than stock... felt a bit softer... but much better traction on ice / snow and on muddy lease roads... The Nitto Terra Grapplers look awesome but I have no experience with them... I had Toyo AT2 Extreme's on the way right now... read good things about them so giving them a shot...

My experience with Nitto has been that they look great, perform awfully. However that has been largely associated with all season or summer on road tires.

43k on the stock GoodYears and seem to be fine, a little more noise from them but no traction issues. Starting to research replacements. No off roading, just use the 4x4 in bad snow on the hills.

I was down to Nitto's or Toyo's and after researching and reading, Toyo was my choice...

Our stockers have 43,000Km on them, and are wearing frustratingly slowly. I wish they'd wear out so I could replace them with real truck tires.

i keep hoping something will happen to them. i really want to replace them but hard to justify swapping the tires before they are done.

I was also leaning toward to toyos more. Coworker has nitto grappler MTs theu look awesome but he even said they wore a bit faster than he liked. And them humm like a ****. Luckily my dad is waiting on his 2015 to be delivered and hes swapping his tires out first thing so i may be able to steal his until i got enough cash for a set of 5 wheel and tire combo

I replaced mine around 18k.. SRA's are garbage. and its not just RAM, Ford, and Chevy put them on their trucks too.. I swear the only reason GY is still in business is because the top 3 use them for OE

I got Hankook Road Handlers (Sears brand name). I have a friend that works there and I got a great deal on them. They have the same specs as Michelin M/S2's, and same warranty.

how are the Hankooks? my buddy recommends them. Put a set on my wife's infiniti that used to tram rail with the GYs and the Hankooks took care of the problem - not that car tires compare to truck
