Strange electrical behavior

A little help...
06 Ram 1500 4.7L 2wd
Occasionally the following occurs at random:
the radio goes off and on
the gauges fail to come on following start up (this is corrected by shutting the engine off and restarting)
at times, when the radio is cycling off and on the turn signals will quit working all together...nothing happens when you try to turn them on, no turn signal, no flashers, etc
the check engine light will come on.
after a bit, the dash indicators will cycle, (air bag light, seat belt light, etc) and come back on then everything is working till the next event.
When this occurs the engine continues to run and drive normally. On one occasion I stopped and shut the engine off. When I did the whole system went dead for awhile. (no starter action, etc.) I disconnected the battery for a few minutes then reconnected and after a few minutes everything started working again.
Mechanic pulled codes and got:
TIPM U0023 ( can bus +)
SRS
U0155
U0156
U0141
U1414
U0019
U0164

Any ideas?

U0155 = Cluster Communication Lost
U0156 = Information Center Communication Lost
U0141 = BCM Communication Lost
U1414 = Incorrect ECU Data
U0019 = CAN bus Malfunction
U0164 = HVAC Control Communication Lost

All these sound like a bad PCM

Sounds like the TIPM is going south. This is usually how it starts. Be careful because it could leave you with a non-starting truck eventually. Google "Dodge Ram TIPM" and you'll be able to educate yourself pretty thoroughly in about 30 minutes of reading.
