Really struggling with a P0300 Random Misfire.

2005 Dodge Ram 1500 QC SB 4x4 5.7L

Issue first arose last month while making a right hand turn noticed a buck in power. was able to rev it fine, and it seemed to go away. went to pull into a parking spot and truck died. Started it back up and pulled into said spot. All seemed to be fine. No check engine line, no other symptoms for a few days. fast forward a few days and truck starts acting up again. bucking, surging power, CEL with P0300 random misfire. Plugs are about 1.5 years old and do not have high mileage as ive been working from home last 2 years. I did them when i changed valve cover gaskets. truck as been running worse and worse. had a random P0456 pop up - had a a/m locking fuel cap - which i then put the OEM on back on. I have replaced B1S1 02 sensor, crank and cam sensors and was able to drive it for about 1.5 weeks with no issues, untill 2 days ago when it died at the end of the street. Last night while it was running I touched the plug wires with the intake removed and got shocked - replaced them today (NGK wires). I replaced each cable one by one as to not mix up their locations. Now the truck will not stay running. Fuel pressure with key on not running is 55 PSI....cant get it to stay running long enough to check pressure while running. Fuel pump is original with 170k miles. Has any one had luck finding a fix for P0300 Random Misfire on these things? Im starting to lose my mind, and Id rather not just throw parts at it.

I'd start by checking your fuses. If all your fuses are good, check the connections at the bottom of the TIPM.

Check All of your ground connections from engine to body and body to frame, don't know where you live but road splash from salted roads create havoc, Mopar uses grounds for various systems.

Dont know what code reader you're using but the more expensive shop quality scan tools should be able to show live data for for each cylinder to get a better idea as to which cylinder the "random" misfire is happening

These are symptoms of the EGR is sticking, then getting worse. Remove it and decarbonize the crap out, or about $40 new on ebay.
