Hey everyone, I'm new here. First time Ram owner. I just picked up my 2018 Ram 1500 Hydro Blue edition. I absolutely love it! I was wondering if anyone could help me find a new antenna for my truck. I would like to get a short, black antenna to complete the look. I found a few on Amazon but they didn't get very good reviews. I did find two options on the Mopar site but I'm not quite sure if they are what I'm looking for.

Could anyone help me out? Thanks!

I took my stock antenna off, removed the ball on the end, cut it to my desired length, put ball back on the end, painted it black and reinstalled.....freebie and reception is the same as before it was shortened.

I recently bought this 6 3/4" antenna. FM reception is good...I'm in south Jersey and the Philly stations are 30+ miles from me. Have no problem picking them up. There's one AM station that has the traffic report every ten minutes that I like, but I cannot get that one til I'm about 10 miles closer to Philly. Also, I lose the AM station on the large steel bridges that connect NJ to PA and under overpasses.

Definitely like the antenna and plan on keeping it. Comes with a money back guarantee too.

Here's the link to where I bought it: http://www.theantennasource.com/DODGE/RAM PICKUP/2009-2018 Ram 1500.html

I have the same one as NJ4x4 above and very satisfied.
Antennamastsrus 6 3/4" Mast - #A010-FD2

I tried several, they would bend down at freeway speeds and did not perform well. The A010-FD2 stays upright and it performs as well as the stock antenna.

I'm in Canada. Purchased a short rubber antenna for my truck. Works great. And best of all does not get bent out of shape from car washes. Think they are available at pep boys in the US.
