Stumbling block in leveling kit

Installing a 2" leveling kit and cannot get the lower shock tower bolt out on the passanger side... Any suggestions?? Tried beating it with a hammer to little avail.

Can you get a torch up there without trashing the truck?

Tried torching. Unfortunately looks like the only solution Is to cut the bolt out and re/re the bushing... A job I defiantly wasnt planning on doing... Anyone know how to do this?
