Has anybody else had issues accelerating with a stuttering truck? It feels like a power delay but stutters for 4-5 seconds before it finally just goes... it’s a 2014 3500 6.4L hemi with 154k on it.... I’m thinking it’s programming but that it could also be spark plugs, fuel pump and filter or fuel lines or injectors....

I also have a 2015 6.4L 3500 that used to do the same thing when I’d step on the gas to pass somebody on the highway... it had a power delay that I had to get programmed out... dumbest **** ever, first time it did that I ended up doing two circles down the middle of the highway in the winter as there was no power, no power, no power then boom all the power... fml ‍♂️

The very first thing I would do is connect a scan tool and look at the fuel adaptive memory. If the motor is starving for fuel you will see it in the adaptive memory. Then I would connect a fuel pressure gauge and tape it to the windshield and go for a drive to see what the fuel pressure is doing while driving.
