So I ordered (2) CVR 10 4OHM subs to go with the kicker dx1000.1 amp. Instead i recieved (2) 2ohm subs with the dx1000.1 amp. Is this combo still able to run both my subs at their 400RMS needed? if so how should i wire them?

It says that amp does 1000 at 2 ohms.
You can always wire them for 1/2 ohm and see what happens. lol

It's only fused at 60 amps...I doubt you'll get 1000 out of it anyway.

It all depends how new that amp is. If it is new and will do 1000 @ 2ohms (you still need 14.4V to "make rated power") you're fine.
If its the old one I'd raise hell and get the subs you asked for, OR get ANOTHER pair of subs haha
