Subs Question

Im just wondering if I need shallow mount subs or regular subs for this box. Id like to get regular subs but if I need shallow mount then I guess I can live with it. Heres the box im asking abou: Ground Shaker ODG 2 12 12" Dual Dodge Subwoofer Truck Box

I had a jl w3 in my 3rd gen 02 single cab and ended up installing a Kenwood ddx319 indash and switched over to a shallow mount 12" pioneer sub and shallow box and it sounds 10x better than the previous sub I had.
