Got it thank you.

Now anyone with a LC2i and amp in there truck ? I have a few questions haha.

Should i keep my amp settings at 0 and just use the lc2i settings? i saw in a few threads this is the way but a few say do both ect.
Also anyone have a lc2i and want to share what there settings are set to i know each system will be different but dang im having a time setting it haha.

I want a bass knob do i do lc2i knob or a alpine amp knob?>

Im using lc2i and alpine mvr 500 mono amp.

This is the easiest one to follow Ive seen to set up the lc2i. I'd do it with the amp around the middle gain and once set I'd crank it right up and tune the gain on the amp to where it starts clipping with the bass eq all the way up as well. If your subs are rated to the max amp output or better. I Usually over amplify. In that case you crank all the way up with something heavy bass or a sub test track and go up until I think the subs are at the limit and dial it back a touch. Over amplifying means the amp doesn't work as hard and the sound stays clearer, but use caution as setting it too aggressively means melted voice coils.

That I don't know. I think they both do roughly the same thing. Myself I'd lean towards the.alpine knob. My thinking being once I had the lc2 set up I'd want to leave it alone and just reset the amp gain with the knob turned all the way up and call it a day. I'd also skip the knob at first and see how going up and down with the eq on the radio worked first.
