Agressive is good, and if the one you get doesn't meet your needs, you can always adjust it to fit your taste.

please explain this shift schedule thing to me . since my last SC this was not a option .
Dave,

Basically, you can have the truck up shift and downshift wherever you like and tweak torque management as well.

I'm on it!

Scott

We have 2?

hmmm

Hey Scott - can you check on the MDS light (Econ light) issue on the 2010s for me please? Last I heard (from Chris) - was that the guy who works on that was on vacation (this was around Memorial day I think) - but I haven't heard anything on it.

Thanks!

Just so everyone knows, Myself, Sil, Rubberfrog, Nick, Jeremy and possibly a few more were beta testers for SC trans and TM options. Any questions? Just holla, you couldn't have a better team to ask right here.

Thanks to Sil and Jay you'll have to put up with me here now... :)

Glad to be here, Jay. The schedule I sent you was one of the (04? 05? whatever your truck is) from Jeremy's site. All I did was clean it up to make it a lot more readable for you. My wife's Hemi Jeep GC schedule is on the host site but, it's not the one I gave you.

Now let the questions begin... :happy160:

In need of some help when I get home from bowlin tonight.

Cortex locked to the truck (tuned) plugged in programmer, updated. Attempted to purchase and download the Adv. Trans tuning and it was a no-go. This wasn't the first time either, tried back in May as well.

I can think of one reason this may be happening. When it was first released for the 5.7 I just plugged mine in for updating just for updating sakes after I un-tuned my truck, went back to the truck and re-tuned it and there was the adv. trans tuning options. Made a few posts about it being there on DF when it happened but just avoided using it since they were tweaking the code for us 4.7's.

Any thoughts ? Looking forward to the responses, or maybe not :hidesbehindsofa:

We released 2 different files for Dodge Ram auto trans owners.

One was a free update that allowed you to remove the trans options originally designed by SC engineers that some didn't like. The advanced trans tuning was the next option released with a 72 hour free code. After that it was a paid option.

You may have the original update mixed up with the advanced trans tuning upgrade.

That being said, if you are vinlocked at the time you try updating to get the advanced trans tuning option and don't see it listed under the Vehicle one drop down, please give customer service a call at 888-227-2447 and let a rep know so we can look into this for you and get it resolved promptly.

Now i see why they want you, too visit the web site before you enter the truck. I too went head first into the truck, but i'll be on-line today, i will update if my tran tune adv, option is free or not. I get the picture for the ss so I can wing up a good one for my road rage tactics lol. I'll post back later. Can I trans tune now at 87 tune then change the tune too91, without erasing the ss on the existing adv, tranny tune?..............sp

You can.

All you have to do is advance tune again. Previous USER values are saved. Remember to always save/exit when working with the trans tuning.
