I live in SC on Lake Hartwell. Retired with my wife and do plenty of fishing. I recently traded my 2017 F150 Lariat with 81,000 miles for a 2025 Ram Laramie 1500 8cyl with Hurricane back in September 2025.

the Ford was giving me some issues so I made the switch and feel like I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. Nothing but problems with this truck so far and its only got 8,000 miles.

I won't get into details on this post, just wanted to say HELLO

Thanks
Craig

Haha.....thanks.
I belong to some fishing and boating forums but never gave it a thought to join any vehicle forums til now. I've been searching for answers to all the problems I'm having with this new 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie Hurricane and stumbled onto this group.

:welcome: And FTR, you have an Inline 6 in yer 2025, and not a V8 you listed in yer 1st post. Also U said U just bought, was it a leftover 25 or a 26??

ADDED: RAM having issues with that new Electric Architecture "Atlantic" that they put in the trucks new for 2025.

I’ll say they’re having trouble. I asked the service tech last time I picked it up for the dead battery issue “what else can I expect?” And his answer was “who knows, we’re all guinea pigs”. Seriously???
