Hi, I'm Crim. I joined the forum last year when I bought my '12 QC. It's all stock other than a set of rims so far. Rotors and pads are next, nothing fancy. Anything other than OEM is a vast upgrade.

There is one issue that I'm having now and I didn't see anything pop out in a search. The truck is a '12 Hemi 4x4 ST. I live in a pretty hilly area. As I'm accelerating uphill, maybe 1/3 throttle, around 2500-3500 RPM, 40 MPH or so, the truck seems to hesitate or surge. It doesn't have a nice smooth pull up the hill. It's almost like a lean surge.

Ideas?

I've got a couple of decent hills near my I house and I always hit the tow/haul button before driving up them, never had any problems or experiences like you mention. Might be worth a shot.

It's probably pulling a little timing. Just a guess but it's under load, getting some small knock 3.00 or there of and pulling some fuel.

Bad fuel? I've heard winter month fuel can play games with these engines.
