Swapped same 4.7 engine, no crank. Starter relay clicking when I turn key

Swapped same year 2003 4.7s, I get no crank. Grounds are okay. All lights are doing what they're supposed to when I turn the key. I need to know where to wire in the small wire that plugs into the starter.
