Swapping out upper bumper pads...

Hello guys, I have a 2012 ram with the chrome front bumper and black upper pad. A friend has the same truck but with a color matched upper pad that happens to be my color and wants to trade.. how difficult is this to do? Having trouble finding directions on taking the pad off. Thanks guys
