swing case install questions

HI all I'm looking to install 2 swing cases in the bed of my '21 reg bed crew cab. ( doing this b/c I can't find a truck bed that has the ram box option for sale....as I'd much prefer just changing out the whole bed for that option).Mine has the factory tie down rail and its in the way. Have any of you installed these swing boxes in your truck with this option there? It appears I'd have to remove and reinstall 1-2" higher than they are ( thats about 8 bolts per side).... does anyone see any problems with this mod? I also notice that the LED lights will be 60% covered from the swing box.....has anyone ran a wire from those lights to power other LED's placed elsewhere to light up the bed?

ps I can't upload the photos b/c it tells me they are too large. Will anyone tell me how to reduce the photo size?
