okay so this is my trucks temp gauge after about a hour drive in about 50-60 degree weather driving about 70 with a few passes at about 80-85. is my t-stat broke or is my engine just running pretty cool? it barely ever gets about that line it's almost resting on.

It seems your t stat is stuck open. They don't have a t stat that low. And for good reason. I'd change it. Or maybe it's the sensor itself? Idk.

should I just go ahead and replace it? I mean it's the stock one, almost 160,000 miles. might run to autozone and pickup a replacement.

Yeah. Might as well go ahead and replace it. They're not expensive.
