Tailgate emblem removal?

Hey guys,
I just purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Limited and am wanting to take off the big RAM emblem off the tailgate. Has anyone done this? I'm wondering if its just adhesive and how hard it is to take off. Thanks

** Disregard - I found out that there are 2 dowel rods attached to each letter so there would be 2 holes in the tailgate under each letter.

Many like the big RAM tailgates and would gladly switch with you.

I have a 2014 with the ram emblem. I wouldn't mind buying the letters off you. Unless anyone knows where to buy those letters?

Looks like if I took the old ram head emblem off the tailgate, there is an indent that the letters wouldn't cover

There is an indent plus 3 holes. At least in my 2010 when I installed a Bosswell lighted emblem.View media item 29718
