Tailgate kick panel?

Does anyone make a protective kick panel that would sit just above the bumper for the outside of the tailgate?

You can always linex a small 4" section. That'd be smart if they did. With my work boots on I feel like I'm always hitting the tail gate. Or they should just make a regular size bumper and not this dwarf size thing. Lol

Maybe a factory one off of a Second Gen. My ‘96 1500 an ‘01 3500 had a plastic trim on the tailgate.
