Sometimes the stealerships are just a joke man!Made an appointment w/ service dept for the tailgate latch recall. Sat in waiting room about 1 hour. Says they don't have the parts for the recall.
Few days later, tried to open the tailgate no bueno. Got in there myself and clipped the link back in C'mon man

I will continue to repeat myself...the first manufacturer that takes service as seriously as building a truck and ensuring training, well paid technicians are doing top notch customer service will win the car wars. Until then, we the consumer will continue to suffer from inferior quality service and price gouging at every turn.
