Is there a way or a product out there to be able to leave the tailgate open a bit, like the GM? The GM have a couple notch in there strap to be able to have multiple positions for the tailgate. I going to be putting my 4 Wheeler in the bed and don't think the tailgate will be able to close. Don't like the idea of driving with the tailgate all the way down in the woods...

I have the amp bed Xtender and it works great. Locks into the tailgate when down and makes a nice divider when I just want to keep supplies in the back plus I strap stuff to it sometimes. Had it 2.5 years on 2 rams and was great for the money. Got mine in eBay.

My concerne is driving with the tailgate down in the woods. In the long run will that not damage the tailgate with dirt debris or rocks hitting the tailgate?
