How are you getting 18 mpg? Is that like best highway mileage? Not being a ********, but when I see that it makes me wonder what else is exaggerated in your description.

I get 21 on a good day the torque converter I habe in there is 9 lbs lighter I have an underdrive pulley a tune and a tune free flowing exhaust

the wrangler is getting a deisel in 2012

im getting the liberty cause its cheap affordable good gas mpg and great in the winter plus it will last me a long time and it has a warranty and its only 13000 for a vehicle with 40 thousand miles that will go 400,000 miles

in 2 1/2 years its payed off ill buy a toy and drive the liberty to my grave

the jeep liberty took the place of the cherokee and is far superior in many ways especially being a diesel say what you want

i own a liberty already for the wife
