Would have to say that cam install is probably the most involved but I found the header/cat/y-pipe install to the hardest. Probably bc I had to spend a lot of time under the truck working on that install.

My shorty headers were definitely the hardest install I have done so far. I think part of it was I rounded off one bolt and it was a pain after that, as well as getting the drivers side header into place on a 4x4.

I would say my 4.56's, the gears and LSD themselves are not that hard to install but when you get into the preload and backlash it can get tricky.
I'm 6'5" so the plugs were not all that bad for me with my stretch armstrong reach. Being tall has it's advantages.

If I had done the gears myself, they would have been the most challenging.

I'll agree with teach. Cam was most involved (like i said before), but Longtubes and y-pipe were the hardest

Headers were by far the hardest so far. The plugs, with the right tools/extentions, were not that bad, a pain in the ass, but not that bad.

The truck is easy. It was when I went for a week ignoring everyone, thinking the world had gotten a lot quieter. Then I had to change-out that tiny battery and brother that was a *****.....

Headers were the hardest for me, but mainly because my truck fell on me and I had to get rescued by the old lady down the street.

Spark plugs for me. i just did them. Started 4.30 am yesterday, finshed 9:30 am . same day btw. I took my time. No rushing in a heat wave. Gapped every one. Not that bad, until you drop the socket into the hole cuz you had too seperate the extension, three inch btw, Then your searching for the magnet drop. And lets' not forget the 32 bolts you gotta do just too get at the *******!!I'm not going with headers unless I gotta pull the dead remains of a motor.

Wiring up the electric seats into my truck, was a challenge as I hate electrical stuff, b ut she works. Got the heated seat switches and bezel thingy mounted in from an 07 model but need to figure out the final wires to hook-up, low heat, high heat, this seat, that seat.

When the sweat freezes in my beard, that is when I know it is time to take a break an warm up. But yeah, I really did want to get them on there.
