I have an 09 Ram w/5.7 Hemi, I replaced my thermostat w/a No-Fault 195* stat 6-7 yrs ago, and have had no problems at all w/it. Towed 10K lb trailer and no problem either. Original stat was a 202-203*, can’t remember exactly, but when going to change old one out, I ckd w/3 auto parts stores and dealership, and had 4-different temperature ratings. So just w/gut feeling since most sensors on engine are for approximately 200* operating temp.
