Thinking about new Wheels! Maybe try Coopers

I might get new wheels for the truck!

I'll be coming from the factory 20x8 chrome clad with 275/65r20 Toyo ATII. I want more sidewall. I also want to drop some weight too haha. I have the bils to 1.4 in the front and added the ICON 1.5 coils in the rear.

This is what I think I might go with. In the future I might run 315/70r17.



Going to give Cooper a shot. I like the side of the AT3 XLT. I have always ran Toyos and Nitto. The Toyo ATII are about $50 more per tire. I'll be going through Discount Tires.



What do you guys think?

Would look good but I wouldn't expect that would drop weight I would say it will gain

I did some research hahah the current setup with the Toyos are 94lbs. While the new setup would be 82lbs with the Coopers. Be about the same height too!

Just installed the Toyo Open Country A/T 2 LT 285/60R20 on the stock 20's... amazing tire, for my applications...Snow rating, highway and moderate off road use.
If you want one tire for all year usage, including folks in the snow belt, this one is tough to beat. imho

They are amazing tires. I wish I could go with them again but it's going to be an extra $220 on top of the Coopers. I should've gone with the 285/60 instead of the 275/65. They seem a little too narrow for my liking.

Hahah the SRAs. A month after getting the truck I upgraded to the Toyos. When I first got my car back in 2016, I changed my tires out at 1500 miles hahah Goodyear ls2 is what it came with.
