Agreed. That looks like a bad Photoshop job.
I miss my 4th gen! That truck was awesomeYours looks more proportional, the red one looks like the driver door window and upper cab are compressed down. Maybe just an optical illusion.
I beg to differ.Pfft, y’all are just hating. That’s dope!
Of course it won’t look like a normal single cab, because for one it’s a 5th gen (ram doesn’t make 5th gen single cabs), and because it’s a 5’ 7” bed as opposed to the 6’ 4” ram pairs with single cabs.
Ram doesn't make a 1500 5th gen single cab. Of course they make HD single cab 5th gens, but that's a 4th gen cab shell. 1500 5th gens are a completely different cab, and they do in fact not make that as a single cab.I beg to differ.
Sorry, I misunderstood. You didn't specify "1500". You just said, "ram doesn’t make 5th gen single cabs".Ram doesn't make a 1500 5th gen single cab. And that statement would be correct. Yes, we know that you have a 2023 HD Ram single cab, but that is a 4th gen.Sorry, I misunderstood. You didn't specify "1500". You just said, "ram doesn’t make 5th gen single cabs".
??? Are you saying that you think that only the 1500 models have "generations", and that the 2500's and 3500's aren't included? And that statement would be correct. Yes, we know that you have a 2023 HD Ram single cab, but that is a 4th gen.
The only ram trucks that are 5th gens are 2019-2024 1500 DT vehicle line trucks.
No. I am saying that 1500’s are the only possible Ram truck that can be a 5th generation.??? Are you saying that you think that only the 1500 models have "generations", and that the 2500's and 3500's aren't included?
"The Ram 2500 is part of the fifth generation introduced in 2019."
You are the only person I have ever heard of that has even alluded to that.No. I am saying that 1500’s are the only possible Ram truck that can be a 5th generation.
The 2500 is NOT part of the 5th generation introduced in 2019. It is still a 4th generation, no matter what any article might say.
The 2500 is still a DJ body designation by RAM, the same as it has been since 2010 when the 4th generation was introduced for 2500’s.
Well, that, and there’s other ram forums besides this one, and none of them will refer to any 2019+ heavy duty rams as 5th gens (because they’re not). They’ll try to appease people that erroneously refer to them as 5th gens by naming the section 4.5 gen.You are the only person I have ever heard of that has even alluded to that.
