I lean the drivers seat so far back that my vision on left crossing streets is blocked by the rear view mirror. Small cars are completely hidden. I'm thinking of raising my seat 2-3" and wonder if anyone has experience doing that. I have looked online and there're plenty of blocks to raise Toyota seats but I haven't found any for 2022 RAM 1500's

You must be describing this all wrong, not sure how the rearview mirror could block your vision on the left side of the truck unless your sitting on the passenger side. Raising the seat isn't going to do any good either.
If you have to lay your seat down so far that the sideview mirrors can't be adjusted to compensate then it's probably time to hang up the keys as your a safety hazard to others on the road.

I have recently installed FCA seat jackers , www.DesertDoesIt.com

They are expensive but they do create extra space for legs.

These would be easy to fabricate if you have the ability.

I do have a 2014 ,and just saw that the new version is different, so really can’t say how they’ll work on the 5th gens.

I used two old hockey pucks to raise the seat in my FJ Cruiser years ago. Just cut in half drill a hole and place them between the floor and seat support.

Yes outside drivers side mirror. The front mount is angled so raising the seat with a straight block will shift the seat forward. That would require offsetting the rear mount. That would be easier to fabricate than an angled front block but I need the legroom
