So I was thinking about getting a throttle body spacer. I don't know much about them or if they really work or if they are worth it. Just wanting to know your guys input on them or if you have one or not. I also already have a k&N intake on my truck so I don't know if that will affect anything.

iSlacker is right...the way the fuel injection is set up on these engines, they are useless. If you havent altered the stock exhaust yet, it would be your next mod...it will work hand in hand with the K&N

Agreed with everybody else, spacers only really work if you have a carboratior. Fuel Injection plus spacers equals useless.

Actually they do work well with the old GM TBI engines, where the injectors sit in the throttle body. Other than that, they are like was said above, paper weights.

My experience is that you couldn't even put it on if you wanted to, I got one for free and was trying to put it on my 318 and with the intake it wouldn't clear, you couldn't get the intake on. Tried it on my buddies 5.9 with a k&n and it wouldn't fit either
