Ive got a 1999 2500 4x4, 8l V10, I was thinking of putting a Throttle body spacer on it and was wondering if anyone has done this, Pros and Cons? Any Actual Gains?

It's useless...doesnt work like it should on these MPI engines. If you were TBI, then yes, it would work. Only useful if you are gonna spray the engine.

^^^^ What he said. A Tuner is your best mod IMO. You need it to see any diff in other bolt on mods as the ECM won't change when you change parts so it is still telling the engine to do the same thing it was doing before.
But thats just my 2 cents.
