Throttle only opening 86%

Wow, WTH!? This is an interesting thread, which I am trying to follow, but it keeps going sideways.

I really want to learn this new era techno speak, but I need a glossary of terms to refer to, to interpret the acronyms thrown about here. Is there any chance, the webmaster can put some kind of sub- routine in here, which could define the acronyms, and that one could access directly from the thread?

I agree with you guys, the throttle blade will never open 100%, it's just not possible unless it was more of a flip open flap of some sort lol. I guess full throttle is at the point the blade has opened as far as possible? Maybe some day someone will manufacture one.
