Funny u mention that I have been mulling over various options to address that problem. That’s a good idea, thanks for the input, that’s way simpler than my idea of having the hose lengthened an inch and change the reservoir fitting to a 45* when /if i revalve them.

As far as I know they don’t offer an upper control arm and I am going towards an all out overland expedition rig build so I chose what I felt was the strongest UCA while maintaining a factory style ball joint for ease of finding a replacement if I ever required one wherever my travels may take me.
Otherwise I’d be saving my pennies for this unit to get a full kibbetech long travel kit.
Four reasons I am choosing not to go the kibbetech route:

One: for what I plan on doing it maybe a bit overkill.

Two:I didnt want the track width to be 6-7” wider that comes with a long travel kit making it even more difficult to fit am already large truck down tight trails.
Three:any long travel rear will eat up valuable bed space for gear and supplies

Four:so expensive lol
But as with most things u get what u pay for.

Not sure if u have seen kibbetechs stuff but it is so sick.

I've spent a lot of my short, random free time in the last month watching Kibbetech youtube vids, haha. Top notch products, for top shelf prices - it's like 8k for front end parts on our trucks, not including coilovers or bypasses. Also requires welding. Way beyond what 99% of truck owners need, but awesome none the less for the 1% that does it.

This will be a 3rd company that does LT setups for our RAM's?, You've got Dirt King, Gor Racing and this is the first time for me hearing about kibbetechs. I don't see a long travel rear setup from them though just the front. I wonder if the coilovers they're using are is 2.0 or 2.5 body ? they appear emulsion shocks with 2 springs with res, and a nice triple bypass shock with the res on top? damn lol. I know some think the OE kings are expensive hahaha
Their LT kit is about $8000, add the shocks, emulsion 2.5 CO with res for about $700 each, the 3 tube bypass is about $800 each, and the air bumps are about 300, priced twice just for the front.

One day i'll go crazy with this chit :)

It would be a big commitment for the kibbetech and basically they backhalve the truck for rear full custom.
If I had to guess I’d say a guy would be into it for 35 k

Yep makes sense to me. That’s why I went with the JBA upper control arms. They use their own ball joints that they make on the control arms. But a Moog K6292 ball joint will fit. And that’s something that’s in stock at nearly every auto parts stores.
