What started out as a fuel issue morphed into a timing issue. Fuel pump went bad and I replaced it, not a problem. While away I asked my hired hand to t put 5 gals of 91 octane in the van so I would have enough to drive to the gas station, He put diesel in it instead. After driving it 4-5 miles it quirt and I towed it home. Drained all the diesel out through the schrader valve and added more gas and drained a little more. I removed and cleaned the fuel injectors and replaced the plugs and it still wont start. But I think the real issue started after I drove it a few miles and had two plug wires switched (top two right side) I think (pretty sure) it jumped time because now it wont start. I was wondering if I could get it pull the distributor and reset the timing if I didn't mess up the chain or gear. If I could get someone to give me details on the procedure that would be great. I do have a timing light. Thanks

These aren't timed like small block chevies or older mopars. Pcm controls ignition timing. People talk about jumped timing chains but you'd be hard pressed actually finding an instance of it happening. You very likely have other issues relating to fuel system or ignition. Timing light is useless on these. Do NOT touch the distributor because it is used for syncing the injectors to engine rotation
