1. What are over head canes?
2. If you have double overhead cams then you do not have a 4.7; 4.7 is single overhead cam
3. If you do have a 4.7 with it's single overhead cam, you'll need these pages specifically (if you want the whole manual, it's in the service manual sticky)

Yes it's a 4.7, but a 4.7 has a SINGLE CAM OVER THE HEAD, as in SINGLE OVER HEAD CAM lol

Dual overhead cam quite literally means TWO CAMS OVER THE HEAD lol, like so
op-mercury-marine-sb4-dohc-ls-motor-750-horsepower.jpg

So basically my valve timing is off

Did you download the factory service manual chunk (that has the FACTORY instructions) I posted for you? Have you bothered to look for the actual instructions on how to do this or did you figure you'd join a forum and just have people tell you how to do it?

PUNCTUATION!!!! I was wondering if that was Milton FL...thank you for confirming lol.

1. There's a big difference between you wanting someone else to do it and you having the aptitude to do so.
2. I am direct. You can't handle direct, go snowflake somewhere else lol.
3. Forums were created for people to get together to talk about a common subject; help is a by-product.
4. Who's mad? You don't matter enough to me to even remotely make me mad bwahaha, though I do get annoyed at people who just show up specifically expecting an answer just handed to them on a silver platter. It is quite evident that you're in over your head after not doing your due diligence and research.

Lay off the talk to text lol

Now, since you seem to just pick and choose what you bother read (comprehend?), if that piece of the manual doesn't have what you need, you can get your whole manual from the service manual sticky (as I stated before). As I get the impression that was too much for you to understand, here is the link: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/3rd-gen-parts-manuals-and-2003-2004-service-manuals.6504/
If that proves to be too overwhelming for you, contact airram.com, they specialize in the 4.7 and should be able to hold your hand and spoon feed you through it. :)
