Anyone have pictures of their tint? i want to tint my front side windows but i want everything to look even, hopefully without tinting the windshield. Just wondering what you guys did with tint %’s to give a nice look.

does anyone know what the legal tint limit is for N.Y state.i would like to tint myself but i don't wanna get hassled by the cops all the time.

My front is tinted to match the rear. I believe it’s 20% but not positive.

Not a great pic. But I have full ceramic limo tint on all windows. Was .3 on cops little tint detector.

I did 15% on the fronts and added 30% to the rear windows which brought the rear to 5%. IF you only do the front windows, 15% is a better choice for match as the windshield lets in a lot of light making 20% look too lite.

It’s important to know that the factory back glass is simply colored glass, it is not factory tinted. I say this as many seem to believe their back windows are tinted from the factory, when in actuality it’s just colored glass. Add tint to the back windows so you benefit from UV protection and heat rejection

I cant remember, but had rears tinted and told them to match front doors to rear.

I'll see if i can get some pics up soon. I did 15% all the way around and since I'll be moving to Phoenix in the next 2 years i did 70% on the entire windshield. Went with Rayno Phantom S9 tint done by the same guy I've been going to for about 25 years.

Front windows tinted to 25%, rear windows just have the stock dyed glass...
