Tire pressure on 2022 1500 big horn 4x4 with factory Falken AT tired

Good evening. My truck came from the factory with Falken AT 18 inch tires.
44 psi in the front 42 psi rears.
90 degree plus heat on highway they heat to 46 front 44 rear. 50 psi is max pressure. Would adding 1 more psi per tire help with tread wear? Front tires look a little "flat" when parked. Ride quality may suffer some or leave well enough alone? Thanks for any advice.

Chalk them and find out. Just looking at them is pretty useless.

I would leave them as is. Max pressure is not recommended pressure.

I'd even back the pressure down 2 - 4 psi.
