I've got a 2010 ram 1500 big horn quad cab with the 5.7 hemi, it's setting stock right now with the stock chrome capped 20x9 wheels. I got a set of 295-60r20 nitto trail grappler mts to put on it but the tire shop said they rub the a-arms and will mess the tires up. I've got a 2.5" leveling kit I'm installing this weekend but not sure if that'll help. What can I do to make these tires not rub? I've heard that the stock 20x8 alloy wheels do t rub with this size tire is that true? If not then what are my other opions. Don't wanna do wheel spacers if I can keep from it. Is there a aftermarket wheel with an offset that will keep the tires from rubbing or will the 20x8 stock alloy wheels work? Need help!

If you want to keep the stock wheels, you'll need spacers. I'm going with a -12 offset on my new wheels with maxed bilsteins to fit 35s. A 0 offset will work too depending on how much poke you want. Be careful though because too much poke will also result in rubbing

Alright is there any specific spacers that are good? Never been a fan of them but I've got too much money ******* for it not to all fit. Have u heard anything about the 20x8 wheels working ad not the 20x9s? I saw that on another forum but don't know anything about it.

I don't think anyone here has done them. Spacers wise it's highly recommended you go hubcentric for safety reasons. Most guys run 1/4" spacers. I don't remember the name of the company but in some other threads on here it's listed.

Alright thanks I'll see what I can find out.
If anyone else has any other info about other options I'd like to explore as many as possible. Thanks!

Most guys are running bora's. They're not 1/4" though. The smallest I believe is 1" or 1.25"
