I have a 2013 2500 with a leveling kit in the front. I need to get it about an inch and a half to two higher. What's the best way to do that if the level is already maxed out?

What exactly is your lift setup up front? On a 2500 there's many options to increase suspension height. You aren't near as limited as a 1500. No need for a body lift at all. They should NEVER be used on a 2500/3500 truck.
