Tool Box

Im running a 2015 crewcab short box and want to throw a tool box on it. Just wondering if anyone has experience on a proper fitting box due to the wheel wells being so close to the cab. thanks in advance.

Don't believe it's an issue.

I have one, but doesn't go to the floor. I want to git rid of this one and get a tool chest. Doesn't go over the rails and can't see it from the side outside the truck.

I bought a Better Built SEC Narrow Low Profile Matte Black box for my 16 Longhorn and it fits great. Just enough room for my tools which are mostly electrical/electronic. I like having the floor of the bed available now for hauling things. Its a nice look and doesn't hog the whole bed.

I bought a Highway Products low profile truck box. Made from 1/8" aluminum diamond plate. The sheet stock is powder coated black and then shaved so the raised part of the diamond plate have the powder coating removed. I popped for the extra tool tray so I have 2 inside the box. This is by far the best truck box I've ever owned.

That's a very nice toolbox. Wish I would of found that before I got my tonneau cover.
