Toolbox Paint?

so when i get home from this deployment i want to get a black toolbox to go along with the black theme my truck is switching too, is there any product out there i can use on my chrome dimondplate toolbox that will hold up over the years if i was to try and make mine black?

I've been thinking about this too... Known people to line x their toolboxes, etc. but I would just find someone with a black toolbox and trade ya know?

ya thats what i was thinking but those guys that have the black toolboxes dont wana give them up and mine is full of holes from my emergency lights

Mine is bedlinered and it has help up extremely well considering I used the cheap rustoleum and I absolutely hate that stuff. I think if it were professionally linexd it would probably look really good. I only did mine with that because it's a cheap box with hole in it as well. I'll et if you rolled the bedliner on it would turn out good. Maybe try plasti dip as well??

I like reddot's idea. Powder coating is baked on and will last.

ya i think im going to start looking local for some quotes on powdercoating it

but all are good ideas and will be concidered
