Tow Hooks and Insert

Does anyone have the Mopar tow hooks and would like to share some pictures? Also, what have you done to fill in the space left from removing the plastic insert?

Here is a pic.

There isn't a plastic piece that is made to go around the hooks on the 02-08 Rams. Some people use the existing plastic insert and modify it to fit around the hooks or some people just leave it off.

I would like to see some other views of them before I buy them. I feel like leaving the insert out would just be awkward and unless done right, cutting it would be tacky.
