Can't find rebuild kit for carburetor

Hello
I have a 1986 dodge w250 with a holley 2 barrel carb. It runs terribly and doesn't idle so I am planning on rebuilding the carburetor. The carburetor has these numbers stamped on it:
R 40214
4324629
2555
I don't know which number is the model number, but I cannot find a rebuild kit that says it fits any of them. Any help would be appreciated.
