Yes you can. There are a couple people on here that have.... One I know of uses Timber Grove Enterprises rear airbag setup. Not a cheap solution but nice quality. I ended up ordering a kit from them which replaces the coil spring with an air spring.

That was my truck. I was pulling a 10k# 1400# tongue weight camper with it. The air bag setup worked but I was way over payload on the truck. I traded up to a 2020 Ram 3500 with factory air setup. I do miss my old truck but couldn't risk pulling my camper in the mountains.

Was a video, just screen shot so you could see. I’m sitting on a 2/4 belltech kit with the Airlift 1000’s in the springs. This was my second travel trailer pulling after lowered, both were roughly 32’ from hitch to bumper and weigh around 6700 lbs. I work turnarounds and travel a lot for work, usually 200-400 mile tows between jobs a few times a year. I never had any issues at all towing. Get a good weight distribution hitch, trailer brakes, Airlifts are a MUST, stay within your trucks towing capacity, and don’t drive 80mph and you will be good.
